When there’s nothing you ‘need’ to do that day getting up can be an effort, but it will make you feel better. Use methods like counting down to help you ditch the duvet, because lying around all day will only further demotivation and make you feel worse in the long run.
At the beginning of the day write yourself a plan or to-do list. Ticking off even the smallest of things- like brushing your teeth or putting away laundry- shows that you have got stuff done, which in turn makes you feel better.
You may be lacking motivation for more online lessons, so move your body between lessons to wake yourself up. Simple stretches or a quick walk will refresh and refocus you, and during lessons try the 20/20/20 method to keep your eyes healthy and alert.
