Top tips

Exams are undoubtedly an important time in your life, but when the stress gets too much it can begin to affect your performance. If you begin to feel on edge, moody, or sad, or fall into overthinking and self-doubt it’s a cue to take better care of yourself.

Put it into practice

Don’t leave everything to the last minute. Creating a healthy daily routine a month or so before exams begin gives you time to adjust. Use apps like Google Calendar to make a schedule that ensures you get enough sleep, have a revision plan, and are fully prepared to ace your exams.

Put it into practice

Find out what works for you. It’s normal to be stressed, so talk to your friends to lighten your load and discover what works for them. You can also use resources like YouTube for advice on managing your stress.
